As the COVID-19 situation unfolds, we prioritize your health and safety as well as those of our RUDSAK employees. We follow the latest directives from governing bodies concerning non-essential services. We have temporarily closed all our stores in North America. Our head office employees are now working remotely, and due to regulations, we have had to reduce the number of employees working on shipping your online orders out.

You must be looking forward to getting your RUDSAK products. Our entire team is committed to finding ways to get your orders delivered as fast as possible, while following all safety precautions. We truly appreciate your patience as we may not be able to respect our usual shipping delay of 5-8 days. This might also impact the handling of your exchange or return.

Naturally, the health and safety protocols put in place for our shipping and storage facilities continue to be observed rigorously by all — areas are disinfected regularly, and employees follow all guidelines regarding frequent handwashing and sanitizing.

To make things easier for you, we're extending our Return Policy to 45 days for all purchases made as of March 17th.

As always, returns are for free.
